Insurance billing can be complex, and our staff is equipped to handle your concerns. At your initial visit a staff member will meet with you to discuss our billing policies and review your insurance coverage. Please notify our office if your carrier of coverage changes, and keep in mind that all co-payments are due at the time of your visit.

We participate with Medicare and most other major insurance plans, HMOs and PPOs, and will bill your insurance carrier directly. Please be aware that if you are covered by a managed care plan, you may need to be referred by your primary care physician. We work with a variety of managed health care plans and insurance companies. To find out if we contract with your insurance company please contact us.
